I was looking at some drawing on here and they were soo cool 
.. But I don't know what they use to draw them I am using slimber temporarily and I would like to find if there is any better drawing site ONLINE FOR A COMPUTER... xc Thnx 4 the time replying and reading this xD. I'll be grateful if you guys help me

Well, an Online Paint Program from the web that has no need for download is Sumo Paint. I extremely recommend Sumo Paint and Easy Paint Tool SAI.
